Following up on my post on Investment Risk-Appetite returning.

Junk Bond returns are the best amongst asset classes and continue to improve.

 Bottom Line: Institutional money is chasing risk. The equity markets should see the follow through.

Note: Investment Decisions have nothing to do with the Economy in the short-term.  Short-term is more about asset allocation strategies.
